Nikos 'NIVO' Vourliotis is the front man of Goin'Through, one of the most influential hip hop groups in Greece and Cyprus. Goin’Through have released 11 albums, 3 movie soundtracks, and several CD compilations & singles during their 30 year long career, whilst performing live countless of times in front of thousands of fans, in & out of Greece (USA, UK, Holland, Germany, Dubai, Myconos, Santorini, Cyprus etc).
During these 30 years NIVO has collaborated with major Greek Record Companies, (BMG, UNIVERSAL MUSIC, EMI, Sony Music & Cobalt Music), as well as with premium artists including : Anna Vissi, Despoina Vandi, Giorgos Mazonakis, Antonis Remos, etc.
In 1997 Nivo with Goin’Through collaborated  with Multi Platinum International Artist Peter Andre in a single produced by Montell Jordan titled : “All about us” .
In 2004 Nivo personally secured the involvement of Guru ( leader of Gangstarr & Jazzmatazz) who “believed “in the group to contribute lyrics on one of the songs of the album titled “La Sagrada Familia” , which was awarded a Golden disk .
In their album, named “Vendetta” (which was also awarded with a Golden Disc whilst its leading single was downloaded legally over 200.000 times) NIVO - once again - personally persuaded 7L & Esoteric (one of America's most respected underground groups) to produce and co-write a song for Goin' Through, which instantly became a club hit in Greece!
Aside from Goin' Through, NIVO is a world famous Hip Hop & R'n'B DJ. His record label 'Family The Label' , has been releasing Hip Hop & R&B records since 1997, bringing  together elements of the mainstream as well as the underground Hip Hop genre. In the winter season 2021-2022 he performed live gigs with Vasilis Karras & Giannis Ploutarchos and during the 2022-2023 season he was performing in MEΔOUSA Music Theater with Giorgos Alkaios, Pantelis Kanarakis & Isorropistis in a music- theatrical performance with 22 membered orchestra.
After 2 years (2022) Goin’through are returning to Thessaloniki for a series of live performances at DEUS Music Experience.
Last year Klay Shroedel and his long time friend and music collaborator Michael Sembello got together in Santorini, Greece to record an all new version of Mike’s Grammy Winning hit “Maniac” from the smash-hit movie “Flashdance” at the world famous recording facility, Blackrock Studios with Νivo: Maniac (New 40th Anniversary Cover Version) - Michael Sembello X NiVO, Produced by Klay Shroedel. The 2023 release marking the 40 year anniversary of the song and film.

NiVO is the number one Hip Hop & RnB DJ in Greece and is recognized Internationally as one of the most ‘up to date’ DJs in Europe. He is also active in event production, having organised countless parties during the last 11 years.  His record label ‘Family The Label’ , has been releasing Hip Hop & R&B albums since 1997 integrating elements of mainstream and underground Hip Hop. He is active in event production, having organized countless successful shows in the last 20 years.
